About Nelmar Atanoza
Through Open Lens Life, I document travel, portraits, events, and gear through original photography and first-hand experience.
I grew up in San Isidro, Davao Oriental, and studied Computer Science at the City College of Tagaytay, graduating cum laude. I now work as a software engineer in BGC, Taguig, building Flutter applications.
Engineering taught me precision. Photography taught me to slow down and notice what most people walk past. Neither replaces the other.
Photography Background
I focus on four areas: travel, portraits, events, and gear. Each demands a different mindset, from the patience of travel work to the split second timing of events.
I prefer places already within reach over chasing destinations for popularity. I revisit familiar spots until they reveal details I missed the first time.
